My understanding is that it's Play's call as to whether a big can play the 3.
No real rule passed.

When did this happen? I played Murphy at sf last year and nothing was said. Murphy shoots over 80% from ft, gets steals and doesn't turn it over. What makes him not a sf?
If this was passed and clearly stated there is no way I draft David Lee.

implementing rules like this without some level of advanced notice is like meh. Built an entire roster around Dirk playing SF, suddenly he may not be capable of doing that. The fuck?
