The blazers aren't rebuilding, they were a playoff team and lucked into taking the 6th pick from the nets because it didn't jump. They just happened to draft a good PG with it lol at lucked, no, it was far more likely they got the pick than didnt, and they chose Lillard, targeted him from the start...so yeah Portland gutted their bench, let Felton go, traded Camby, Wallace, and didnt sign anybody for the bench...in the rotation are 5 rookies...Barton Leonard Freeland Claver, and yes, Lillard...if thats not a rebuild, wtf is. Yes, they are winning, too much, but Batum Lillard Aldridge is a real nice first three, Matthews is solid too.. |

lol, funny, you mean a Portland team in the midst of a rebuild, that was 4-10 on the road? and that same Raymond Felton that was a running joke last year and is shooting sub 40% this year? or maybe the Stat thats been out all year as is, and the Knicks actually got him back for this game...not like Melo put up 45 either... Knicks suck lol @ you keep using that bullshit rebuilding excuse....Any time you lose to a shitty team you always say the Blazers are rebuilding but when you beat good teams you wanna puff your chest out. There is no way a team with LaMarcus Aldridge, Wes Matthews and Nic Batum is a rebuilding team. Portland is just terrible at rebuilding, I have NEVER said the Blazers are good, just that the teams they are beating suck. If the Knicks are that good, they can lose to Portland fine, but they got dominated from the start, tried to pull a late rally, but couldnt finish (and I mean real late). Portlands played the easiest schedule thus far, and has the most difficult schedule remaining, the record will come back down to earth. I have never expected this team to make the playoffs, odds are they add a mid to late lotto, then figure out something in the offseason. If they weren't trying to rebuild, they would not have brought over Claver, Freeland, and woulda tried to sign some talent other than Roy Hibbert. Once they struck out, they went into asset acquisition mode, from Olshey's mouth. |

Lillard is fun to watch though, despite being a total pylon on defense. hopefully that will come with time. it should, also pretty awful on the break...really awful tbh |

Portland making the playoffs this year would be horrible for them, they would lose their first...which is why it wont happen in the end, Aldridge will get shut down later.

they lost the incredible Greg Oden and Brandon Roy, they're rebuilding. lol at acting like Roy wasnt incredible. And had Oden lived up to the hype, yes...but he didnt, Portland fucked up, no doubt, cant really change it, most if not all the other GM's woulda made the same exact call with the number one pick |

also, I was live at the game, and it was pretty weird seeing how chummy some of the players on Portland were despite getting blown out by a cellar dweller. Aldridge is a worse, softer version of Toronto Bosh... sad to say. sing of a rebuilding team number one, nobody cares they are losing.... at least Aldridge had double digit boards tonight though |
