2007 - All-Star Game Participant
2010 - All-Star Game Participant
2011 - All-Star Game Participant
2011 - All-League Second Team
Award Rundown: 6 Time All-Star, 1 Time All-BBS First Team, 3 Time All-BBS Second Team, 1 Time All-BBS Third Team, 3 Time Defensive Second Team
Career Averages: 995 Games Played, 22.8 ppg (22,686 Career Points), 8.5 apg (8,458 Career Assists), 5.4 rpg (5,373 Career Rebounds)
Don't let the tail end of Davis' career fool you. He was one of the best PG's in the league for a while. Davis averaged over 20 ppg for 10 straight seasons. During this strech he never averaged less then 45% shooting from the field. He was also a very capable passer, averaging over 9 apg in 6 of those seasons. To top it off, he was one of the best rebounding PG's around, averaging over 5 rpg in all 10 seasons. His turnovers were an issue early on but they were workable past his 2nd season. One thing that may hurt Baron is the fact that he jumped from team to team often. He never stayed in one spot for more then 3 seasons at a time. Baron Davis made his lone finals appearance in 2011 playing for the Utah Jazz in what may be considered his best career year (27/10/6 on 49% shooting). While Baron never really had consistent playoff success, it's tough to knock the individual talent that he showed off.
Pau Gasol
2005 - All-League Third Team
2007 - All-Star Game Participant
2008 - All-Star Game Participant
Award Rundown: 2 Time BBS Champion, 2 Time All-Star. 1 Time All-BBS Third Team
Career Averages: 1,007 Games Played, 19.2 ppg (19,335 Career Points), 10.2 rpg (10,473 Career Rebounds), 3.3 apg (3,324 Career Assists)
Pau was a rock. You knew what you were getting out of him every time he played. Gasol is a career 19/10 player but he had 8 seasons where he averaged over 20/10, his best being 25.3 ppg, 10.9 rpg, 2.4 bpg. Gasol wasn't just a scorer/rebounder. He is a career 1.7 bpg guy, including 4 seasons over 2 bpg. Gasol's biggest issue may have been turnovers. 2.7 career tpg for a big is not something you like to see. Gasol's other issue is that he was never really "the man". He had a tendency to play second fiddle on teams. That obviously never hurt Gasol when it came to winning, as he made 4 finals (3 with the Rockets, one with the Grizzlies) and won 2 titles with the Rockets (09 and 10) and one title with the Grizzlies (2014). Gasol may have never been Batman but he was one of the best Robin's around.

Career Averages: 1,182 Career Games, 24,120 Caeer Points (20.4 ppg), 14,569 Career Rebounds (12.3 rpg), 3,546 Career Blocks (3 bpg)
One of the best C's in BBS history, without a doubt. It looked like his career wouldn't be all that amazing due to massive turnover issues. Somehow his turnovers went from 3.5 to 2.1 from season 2 to season 3 and the rest is history. His first 2 seasons aside, he was never a top scorer (never averaged more then 25 ppg) but he was a great shot blocking and rebounder. He is the current BBS career rebounding leader with 14,569 for his career. His passing was also great for a big. He also shot very well from the field, with 4 straight seasons shooting over 50% from the field and 5 overall. An underrated aspect for Ming was his ability to hit FT's well, especially for a big. A rather surprising stat I'm sure but Ming is also the career BBS leader for FT's made with 6,838. Stats aside, Ming was just a winner period. He won 2 titles with the Rockets and made a finals run with the Knicks as well. Ming will, without a doubt, go down as one of the best C's in this league's history.

Might as well stay at the C position and here we have another defensive/rebounding C in Tyson Chandler. While Tyson's difference in the game isn't as big as Yao's, he was definitly a difference maker in his own way. He was a 2 time DPOY and is currently the career leader in blocks with 4,097. Tyson's career started off a bit similar to Yao's in that they were both considered turnover prone early off in their careers. Tyson's offense eventually slowed down but his rebounding and blocks remained the same/got better but his turnovers took a turn for the better. Chandler's best season came in 2005 when he won his first of 2 DPOY. He averaged 2.54 ppg, 12.9 rpg and 3.8 bpg. One of the biggest things that may hold Chandler back is the fact that we never got to see him in the finals.

Speaking of players that didn't get a lot of love coming in, The Matrix is up next. Marion came into the league as a solid scorer that could rebound and play D especially. His passing was solid and wasn't all that turnover prone as well. Marion eventually turned himself into not only a primer defender and rebounder for the swing position but he was also able to turn himself into a potential top option. Marion is a 2 time BBS Champ, winning in back to back seasons, first with the Suns then with the Kings. He also made a finals run with the Magic in 2009. Amazingly enough, Marion played for 8 different teams, spending no more then 3 seasons with any team.

Honestly, this draft may as well be called the draft of the disrespected. Redd didn't get a ton of love early on in his career. It only took him one season (and more PT) to prove his worth. Redd practiclly doubled his scoring output and increased his shooting percentages. He then went on to score over 25 ppg in 11 out of 12 seasons and scored over 30 ppg in 3 seasons. Don't let the scoring numbers fool you though. He was a very capable rebounder for the 2 guard spot and was a capable defender, averaging over 2 spg in multiple seasons. He's another 2 time champ, winning with the Pistons in 2005 and Blazers in 2008. He was a part of the famed, Redd Baron back court which really showed how good of a scorer he can be and brought upon his first 30 ppg season. His best season is arguabily in 2010 with the Suns where he averaged 30.5 ppg on 49% shooting, 7.2 rpg, 3.8 apg and 2.5 spg. The tail end of Redd's career has obviously brought his stats and mystique down some but it's hard to knock how great of a player he was.
