Last years draft had 2-3 potential franchise guys. I'm OK with a utility draft. Still a lot of solid players.

A few good players that don't have notes as well, but I didn't want to do notes for 29 players like I did last season, think there's 20 note players here, would like to keep that # the same in the future.

ony McLin C 7'0" 285 19 C+ D D+ B- B- A McLin is a young center bursting with upside. However, there are some major red flags: mainly injuries. He suffered a torn meniscus in the USC's elite 8 game, and his recovery is behind schedule. He is likely to miss his rookie season due to rehab. However, if he can get past this injury scouts love his upside. They feel his ceiling will only get higher if he can stay healthy. With that in mind every season (on his rookie contract) that he is injured for less than 20 days I'll add +5 to his potential pre-TC. If however he is injured for more than 20 days in any season during his rookie contract he will lose 25 points in potential (1 time only). McLin will also miss his entire rookie season due to a meniscus injury (I'm manually putting this in....it won't cause him to lose potential though).
As far as his actual game, Tony is really raw. He's average in the post, not a good jumpshooter. Average athleticism for a Center, but is a decent post defender and should average around 1-1.5 bpg as a rookie. Okay rebounder, solid strength.
how will he avg 1-1.5 blks as a rookie if he is sitting out the season?

He would average 1-1.5 if he was playing, gives you an idea of how good he is at it.
