ehhh from now on...You need to make a rule holding every single GM responsible for their cap. There is no reason for a HC time limit to start when the commish posts it. It should start at the exact time that GM goes over the HC. Just my suggestion but a lot of these guys try to be slick about this shit.

The only problem is keeping track of the time they went over, I guess all transactions are logged with a time though

They know when they are over the HC and if they don't know, maybe they should do the math before doing a transaction. |

no it doesn't. its the exact opposite. the time limit will start immediately once a transaction is put through. If Kobe were to pull the shit that he did now. He would only have around 24 hours left, instead of 48 hours. |

uh what the time limit only starts when john makes this thread you dope, that benefits the cheaters because unless someone rats them out and john misses it then he gets extra time
