K I had no right to fire a guy after being here a week, holding up the draft, sending in bids very last minute, and now going on two days without a DC, having already logged in?
gotcha, maybe I should give hima month of not posting a dc before I should have fired him? He obviously doesn't have the time to be in a league like BBS.

dude had 35 posts since his hiring, sent bids. He hasnt posted in two days, so rather than check with him you just straight fire him, you can log on incidentally on a phone, but not have time to do a DC,it does happen jesus. Hiring "new" gms isnt gonna do shit unless you actually make an effort to let him work, especially a guy who hasnt been in a BBS like league before
