I could understand if this was a retread but why not give Cheato time. Weve only heard good things about him. You cant just fire guys this quick IMO. Cheato has a chance to be a very solid member. If you're gonna alienate guys like Play and make the quick you need to try and groom guys that could potentially replace his activity.

You had a legacy in firing guys in the blink of an eye or did you forget you fired donatello a season he had just finished winning a champinoship? I called you out on that one and don has been fantastic so far. I fired him because he didn't do a draft list, was last minute on his FA bids, and up to this moment still hasn't done a dc. Simple as that, I don't have acess to PMs to know what's going on there... you already know what you're getting with someone after a week. |

Don was pretty mediocre activity wise, always has been always will be. Hes a soli Gm and Ive asked him back at certain points but he was pretty mediocre activity wise at that point and had gotten warnings.

You shouldn't criticise me fro something you did all the time, in fact, I didn't want to hire elcheato at all until I was forced to. He isn't active enough now to be in this league, if he ever has the time he's more than welcome. At this point I'm taking activity over quality, we have enough quality in this league to bear with another ellbee.

He's been on the past two days, posted late last night, and didn't post a DC? I can undertand he doesn't understand the draft process, I gave him a pass for that. I gave him a pass for Free Agency. I even gave him a pass yesterday about his DC, but when I saw he was on last night and posted and still didn't do a dc well.
