Drummond isn't going to be a post up threat and Drummond plays mostly in the high post anyways. I get what you're saying, but meh, I just don't think playing LeBron at the 4 is what is best long term. I guess we'll see. his shooting has come such a long way, and it seems like he takes his conditioning seriously now, I think he will be a 3. but even then, he can be an inside and outside threat at PF, he doesnt have to play exclusively down low, its a different game, the allowance of zone D makes it so you need really a guy that can stretch the court down low, LeBron would be as good as anybody there I feel like he has more of an advantage at the 3, offensively and defensively. you can hide him more at the 3, and allow him to do what he does best on the defensive end, which is serve as help. similarly, he isn't spending every possession boxing out a 4. offensively, he is able to absolutely bully a 3, and step out and hit 3s. I get playing him at the 4 for stretches, but permanently? idk. |
