Many people consider this a "Kyrie and role players" draft. Going by the lotto picks, we're going to take a look at each lotto team's picks and see how it would affect them if they did happen to land that first overall pick.
Memphis Grizzlies (1st overall projected):
The Grizzlies pretty much have nothing. OJ is decent but he's no star player. Kyrie would give them a star potential player. The Grizzlies, out of all the teams that have lotto picks, need to land this top pick,. Otherwise, it's going to be a really tough up hill climb for the Grizzlies
Philadephia 76ers (2nd overall projected)
After the Dwight trade, the 76ers are in a good position to build up a nice little backcourt. Nice and little being the apropriate words. Coming into last season's draft, many folks liked Wall as a potential 2 guard. If the 76ers land Kyrie, they can very well test that theory out. They really are in no rush to make any moves so it would work out perfectly for them.
Indiana Pacers (3rd overall projected)
Last year's draft wasn't horrible for Indy but it definitly could've gone better. Cousins really doesn't look all that special right now (decent shooting percentages, low blocks, high turnovers, drop of potential) so landing a stud in Kyrie would obviously help build that Indy franchise way better then Cousins currently is.
Cleveland Cavaliers (4th overall projected)
Well, this one would make all the sense in the world (you know, Kyrie plays for the Cavs in the NBA and shit). In our BBS world, well, it would be a really interesting spot for Cleveland. They currently have 2 young PG's on roster (Conley and Evans). While Kyrie is likely to end up being better then either (or, well, both combined) it's still a rather big glut overall for Cleveland. Neither of their other PG's have a ton of value currently either. Oh and Conley is expiring. That won't help matters either. It's definitely going to be a damn important off season for the Cavs. Landing the top pick would most certainly help things off to begin.
Orlando Magic (5th Overall projected)
Well, after the LeBron trade, the Magic now have a chance to build a young, studly back court in Harden and Kyrie. A back court of those two can obviously score. Playing D won't matter much for the Magic since it will be the beginning of a, I'm sure, short rebuild. The Magic still have another player to move in Darko so who knows, maybe they'll have yet another shot at Kyrie with another pick. Either way, the Magic definitely have a shot at a great back court here.
San Antonio Spurs (6th overall projected, 13th overall projected)
This is the first team up with multiple picks in this draft. The Spurs really don't have any potential franchise pieces so the addition of Kyrie is a big one for the Spurs. If somehow the Spurs land Kyrie with the 13th pick, well obviously the Spurs need to do some kissing, but they will be in a nice position to have 2 nicely positioned picks. Either way, the addition of Kyrie gives the Spurs an actual piece to go into the future with.
Boston Celtics (7th overall projected)
The Celtics are entering year 1 of finally rebuilding after pretty much running BBS and the addition of Kyrie would make many people cringe, I'm sure. The Celtics aren't big fans of Monroe so Kyrie would obviously replace him as the face of Boston. While the Celtics do have another young PG in Shaved (or Shved, whatever) it's obvious who would run the show. Shved might be placed at the 2, similar to what Philly would do.
Washington Wizards (8th overall projected, 10th overall projected)
The only other team with 2 lotto picks, the Wizards are a very unique team overall. Before last off season, they were in a horrible overall looking position. As is, their best player is a 2nd rd steal in Da'Sean Butler. Their big 1st round draftee from last season, Gordon Hayward, looks like he may need a few seasons to grow into a stud. All that said, Kyrie obviously would be the team's best player and it gives them a potentially nice SF/SG/PG going into the future, Not to mention, they have another lotto pick coming soon after. 2 decent chances to land Kyrie is always nice.
Portland Trail Blazers (9th overall projected)
A welcome back gift to Spencer? Sure, what the hell. The Blazers have a decent amount of young talent including one at PG (Greivis Vasquez) but obviously no one close to Kyrie. Portland, like many other teams in the draft, need a big jump start to their franchise. Kyrie obviously would be that jump start.
Seattle Supersonics (11th overall projected)
The most shocking team here obviously. While they do have an outside shot at the playoffs, injuries may very well keep them out of it. That said, if they somehow were able to land Kyrie, Jah has a ton of options. He can either keep him and hope he Kyrie fixes their PG issues quickly or they can trade him for a better PG (Deron, CP3?) and become even scarier overall. Kyrie to the Sonics would definitely be scary for everyone else.
New York Knicks (12th overall projected)
Even after trading for LeBron and Dwight, the Knicks still have a pick in the lotto and a very small shot at Kyrie. The Knicks are content with having Llull run the PG position but the addition of Kyrie definitly would give the Knicks a very interesting decision to make. Kyrie can also, similarly to the Sonics, help improve a weak position for the Knicks (2 guard) and give them a potential stud line up there.
