While I do have confidence in the new Martinez era for simming, I do not for creating draft files. If Spencer comes back in a month we are looking at one, potentially two drafts. What is our plan of action for this?

he has a rough draft file he will send me for the upcoming draft, I will get assistance from Broph, Repople and ashes or anyone else if need be with creating a draft file.
I want to be hands on with it because I dont' want to give one any advantage as small as it may be.

Damn laying the beat down. It's nothing against Martinez but Spence was tailor fitting these draft files to his own accord. Even if Martinez had a lot of experience in making draft files (which I don't believe he has?) if it is not on par with what we have now it could be extremely detrimental to the league. |
