MVP: Tim Duncan
Wow. Tim did you know that you are 35? You should retire not put up mvp seasons. 24.5 ppg, 12.9 rpg and 6.1 apg. That is sick. Wonder what he could do at pg. oh yeah, 3.2 bbg and over a steal a game. I tried to get him for the stretch run but couldn't get it done. Shooting percentage is going south but ft% is going up so that even out more or less. Will be dominant until he retires. The race was really split with Timmy getting 4 of 13 votes cast.
Other players receiving votes: Kobe – 2, David Lee – 2, yao – 2, lowry -2, redd -1.
DPOTY: Tyson Chandler
Heheheehehe. Could have had a championship but you had to leave. At least he is enjoying the weather. He pulled down a ridiculous 14 boards per game and added 4 bpg and 1.2 spg. The blks and boards were enough to led the league in both categories. Just a dominant overall defender. But you don't have a ring and your team is old and over the hc. Take that.
Other players receiving votes: Yao Ming – 3, Eric Bledsoe – 1.
6th man of the year: Jordan Hamilton
Don't know who he is but by the amount of votes he received I assume that the game gave him 6th man of the year.
Other players receiving votes: Eddy Curry-1, westbrook – 1, marvin
-1 , Martell Webster -1, serge Ibaka -1.
ROTY: Kyrie Irving
No surprise here. Taken first overall, he showed from day 1 that he could play. He ended his rookie year with 21.4 ppg and 8.3 apg. He showed a nice 3 pt stroke shooting 43% from downtown. Tos are a tad high at 3.2 and his d could be better but he is only 20 years old and will be an all star for years to come. Shoutout to Milan Mcvan. How does that scrub gm keep finding steals? With a little work will be a 15/10/3 block player.
Other players receiving votes: Greg Smith – 2, Klay Thompson – 1, Milan Mcvan - 1.
Gmoty: Don.
Don built himself a young powerhouse team but didn't have the depth to overcome an injury to love. His window is closing though as Redd is aging. Will next year be his year to take the ship? Before fa and tc he should be the favorite. Andy killed his cy and looked like he was on the way to the finals before he ran into mike conley, who shut down wade. Possibly the best threesome ever put together in LBJ/wade/ming. The only threesome in the same league that I remember was Duncan/shaq/nash. Well of course there is deron/conley/green ;D
Other gms receiving votes: Andy – 4, Biggie -2, skillz -1.
All star teams (points in parentheses – maximum points is 39)
Play decided to vote for MJ again. Not really sure what is going through his head. Kobe almost was voted in unanimously and got 38 of 39 votes. The only close race was pf where Timmy edged out Lee. CP3 dropped from the first team to 6th in the pg voting.

Both backcourt positions were unanimous. Irving looks like a superstar. Klay, faried and parsons could all be future all stars. Looks like a solid class. Really would like to get parsons to NJ.
