Wonder if I'm the only golf fan here?
I think Pig follows golf as well.
Ryder Cup is always one of my favorite sporting events. Can't wait.

True. Is a shame. Is golf interesting? Do you think Tiger will win? I'm a big golf fan. So, yes, I think it's interesting! And Tiger is part of Team USA. The Ryder Cup is USA v. Europe. No money involved. Just pride! It'll be close. I think USA takes it though.

Europe is a better team from top to bottom.

Europe is a better team from top to bottom. I don't agree with that this year. Just break it down by the likely pairings on day one.. --- Tiger Woods & Steve Stricker Phil Mickelson & Keegan Bradley Webb Simpson & Bubba Watson Matt Kuchar & Dustin Johnson Zach Johnson & Jason Dufner Brandt Snedeker & Jim Furyk Graeme McDowell & Rory McIlroy Luke Donald & Lee Westwood Peter Hanson & Martin Kaymer Ian Poulter & Justin Rose Nicolas Colsaerts & Francesco Molinari Sergio Garcia & Paul Lawrie --- How exactly is the European team stronger? I think the US finally has found a good partner for Phil Mickelson and that'll be huge - he and Keegan will be TOUGH to beat. Big time. Webb Simpson & Bubba Watson were virtually unbeatable at the Presidents Cup. Tiger & Stricker are always comfortable playing together. Tiger will be a MUCH more effective in match play these days - he's keeping his drives in play. Kuchar & Dustin Johnson. Steady, money player and a long hitter. Zach Johnson & Dufner. Steady, money player and steady, money player. And I think Sneds & Furyk is a tough team to beat as well. Snedeker is going to come up big in the Ryder Cup. The European team is obviously good as well. Rors & McDowell are as tough of a pairing as you'll find. Donald & Westwood might be the most steady match play team in the whole event. Hanson & Kaymer? Ehh. Poulter & Rose will be really tough as well. Colsaerts & Molinari? Ehh. Sergio & Lawrie will be tough. I think, if anything, it's pretty close to a wash in terms of advantage. Throw in home turf..advantage US.

Pretty crazy day so far. Tiger looks awful as always at the Ryder Cup. Not sure why he keeps getting picked. Captains probably just want to avoid those questions in the press...

Tiger is 4-1-1 in singles in his Ryder Cup career. He just struggles in the team portions. Far from terrible though.

Like you're trying to make an argument and you don't know they always only have 4 foursomes a session and you're not implementing the match type into your opinions which is huge. Webb Simpson and Bubba Watson would lose horribly if they played alternate shot. Best ball and they are pretty good team. Colsarets and Molinari are only Ehh because they strictly play in Europe besides Majors, WGC and one or two sponsor exemptions. Have no idea where you came up with these ridiculous parings also.
