I think we should just stick to real rosters. We all start off with rosters that we like/might not like but that makes trading more active. Creation probably will end up with GMs drafting the players they want and you kinda lose out on trading activity.

picks get traded left and right in these things. trading activity has always been fine in these leagues when we have creation drafts.
