I've had a few of the Founders. Most recent I've had the Founders Breakfast Sout (#30). Imagine a mix of cold coffe, choclate, and cream, basically what it tastes like.
And then the Hefeweizen (#40) I mentioned tastes like bananas/bubble gum, with some spice, I guess it's clove? idk.
A lot of those beers i can't find around here, would love to try pliny the elder/younger. King of IPAs, yum.
Don't even know where to find most of them.

Pliny is awesome. Its an IPA though so not in your taste group.

Double IPAs tend to have more malt sweetness and more alcohol.

Not a lot of people around here are big on beers, we basically have 1 microbrewery, everyone here drinks bourbon.
