No clue why the Vikings don't have a vet QB as a backup.

Andy Dalton should not be a starting quarterback. I love what the Bengals have going on...But Dalton is the weakest link on that team...He's not a franchise QB.

AJ Green made Dalton look good all season....I don't even want to think what damage Green could do with a legit QB.

Plus that system wouldnt work in the NFL unless u just had insane offensive talent an a QB like Newton RG3 or Kaep.

Looks like Gamble to the Jets. Niners draft well so this is probably nice for NYJ. Hard to tell with scout types until they are GMs.

Dalton is pretty bad. He will play ok for a while, and then reverts to shit. Main problem is arm strength and consistency. We have made two straight playoffs on the back of strong defense, a solid run blocking oline, and a superstar WR.
Dalton benefits from all these, if we had just an average starting QB we could make some.more noise in the playoffs instead of losing in the wildcard.

I guess the Vikings didn't have high expectations for their team this season. |
