4 non-Cavs 1st for your pick back shouldn't be an issue at all. You have no control over those picks. They could be in the 20-28 range, so why risk them when you can get your own pick back and control your own fate. I don't know how much further I can spell this out. You'd be trading me picks belonging to Marty, Greeme and AllDay - all of whom are good GMs I agree this offer is not so bad, previous were difficult to swallow. But I don't like rebuilding and if I can delay it another year I don't mind, I just need to get 42 wins.

Meh... to each his own, like you said. Personally, I spare no expense to hold the fate of my team in my own hands. I once offered Rondo in his prime for a single Hornets pick back. It got rejected, so I traded for Quincy Acy instead

Old man Rondo on his current deal for one first is still a bargain. 6 years ago in his prime for one first is absurd.

At the end of the day, I'm in no hurry to trade musta's pick back to him. His team is lotto this year and older next year. He has no cap flexibility and will lose Macvan if he doesn't offer to sign during resignings

i'll have close to 12 mill to offer him. if i need to go over the hc i will. i've got offers which can increase my flexibility right now. i can surely wait until the offseason to create space easily. so many possibilities. two portland picks > late lotto or mid round 1st round i think.

That's if the pick is indeed that low I'll try to compete next year, and i'll try to make moves to make me better for that year, so it should be low lotto at best. There's two teams with a better record than me currently not in the playoffs, that could change. I think you're undervaluing two back to back picks from a team. You may post my offer if you change your mind.

Isn't this a bit over the top? At least the top prospect part anyways
