Miami for one, if I remember correctly the Hornets we're a bottom 3 seed, Philly missed the playoffs, though I'm not sure how that team looked ratings wise, but they were on the outside looking in. Pacers missed, and Pistons barely made it as well.

Cavs made a move to improve this season too, it's not like he's garuenteed a spot right now.

And 76ers same boat sort of just needed a more proactive GM. Smart is a top 5 PG now, Redd is still a top 5-10 SG, Bynum probably the best C and Dakari despite his ratings is a beast. they are much better than any of those teams and are going to get better or should.

Miami and Philly missed they playoffs last year they'll be in the mix, few moves and they could make it along with Indiana, Cavs will most likely make the playoffs this year, Boston, Toronto, New Orleans, Milwaukee, Detroit, New Jersey, Bulls. That's 11 teams some could make moves and others are pretty much guaranteed to make a spot. Again there is a chance, a lack of depth make be what hurts them.
