I was pretty disappointed at how few teams did multiple DC changes this year. With lower league wide player ratings players rated poorly could be contributors. If you don't rotate these guys in and see what they do how will you know?
I think the sortable stats will help some, but please be more experimental with your DC usage next year.

Id like every team to do at least 2 or 3 DC changes a year, Even if you're tanking.

In my defense, my DC was working for most of the season. Really didn't want bad things to happen.

In my defense, my DC was working for most of the season. Really didn't want bad things to happen. Even so, if you find out a scrub sims well you can probably move him. If he sims well without you winning maybe you find a way to keep him moving forward. Just no down side IMO. |

Obviously people are gonna do whatever theyre gonna do. Just seems like you can accomplish what you want and rotate players in and out to see what they can do.

And Im not saying you can start worse players to experiment, Im saying there are tons of cases where similarly rated players can get backup minutes.
