Don isn't proactive and he's just an awful GM to deal with. He wants a rape deal...More than likely he's running to Spencer or Broph and asking for advice.
I think don has only made one trade here.
its nobody fault that he has all of those shitty ass rookie contracts on his roster. instead of moving picks and trying to improve his team...he drafts shitty ass mid to late first round picks.
