What happened is that he was warned multiple times to post a DC after trades, with the punishment being his pick would drop 3 spots in the draft. He didn't post a DC therefor he's #4 instead of #1 |

OK Clippers have the first pick and what is the clock.......I don't wanna miss my pick loking for a trade The general consenses is Shabazz #1 so I would take him and shop him if I were you. That's just me though |
