is ucla still recruiting woulard?
Clemson backed off and it's been reported he never had an offer to kentucky.
Think teams are backing off as they don't want to deal with the headache of his dad.
Would be an awesome pickup for UCLA if they can keep his dad at a distance and his ankle recovers.

People who argue that boosters aren't giving money to recruits at bars at every SEC school are senile.

I know it's still not great, but for perspective:
when Mark Stoops took over our class was ranked around 65 by rivals
When Ryan Timmons commits at 1 today (over Florida and Ohio St...although OSU pulled out late as they got their WRs) our class will be ranked #29.
35 spot jump in 2 months.
I have a family member that works at the high school where Timmons plays, says out of all the coaches Stoops has been the most personable, has went to the gym and played ball with students, etc

Kentucky snagged some good talent out of Ohio this year, and there are going to be more available each year with Meyer focusing more nationally, mainly in the south.

We were always told we couldn't recruit Ohio, it wasn't that, it's just we didn't have the right staff to do so.
With Stoops connections in Ohio and adding Vince Marrow (who is our best recruiter, hands down...don't know how Nebraska let him go) we should do well enough in the state.
Lovell Peterson from Huber Heights deciding to go to GVSU to play track and field instead of playing football blows my mind.

He started saying he wasn't sure what he wanted to do so we pulled his ride, shame really. Could have competed for our starting center spot if he wanted to play football

Now if only they could land Drew Barker next year.

They at least have a shot now...before Joker and UK never really recruited him and he was South Carolina all the way.
Still think South Carolina has the upper hand right now

We will still suck next year but it's nice to not be the laughing stock of the SEC recruiting wise

Also, thank god for Chip Kelly leaving. Meyer was able to steal Dontre Wilson, stud.
Hopefully Vonn Bell picks OSU tomorrow morning.

OSU might pass Bama in the rankings with the commitments of James Clark and Vonn Bell.
This is with me not knowing who Alabama has a shot at getting on signing day.
