In doing so, Auburn is admitting that it is firing Chizik without cause, and that there are no violations that could have allowed the school to fire him without pay. If new violations arise stemming from his time as coach, the school would have to head to court to get the buyout money back from Chizik.
The deal calls for Chizik to make "reasonable" efforts to land a new job, with that salary deducted from the buyout.
Sit on that ass and collect that check

I was joking about ND's schedule being similar to Boise's. It is not difficult though. They played one other team that contended for anything this year. Oklahoma is good as well though

Why is Alabama beating Georgia a foregone conclusion? People think that the team that played South Carolina was the norm rather than the exception. It really depends on which Aaron Murray shows up. Is it South Carolina Murray with his % completion and right at 100 yards? Florida Murray with 3 ints and 50% completion? Or any other Aaron Murray with around 75% completion GA will struggle some without some of their wr's. Bennett and Brown are both out and they are threats. King and Mitchell need to step it up along with the duo of rb's. |
