I make my own hummous every now and then, bring some to work in small container and have it wth crackers or some pitta as a snack during the day. Love it... usually just blitz chickpeas, tahini, sea salt, touch of cumin, white pepper, half olive oil, half rapeseed oil, and some chilli sauce. Mmm. Sabra makes some in little containers that are meant to be a good small portion. The only downside is it is plain flavored.

middle eastern foods are delicious if any of you fuckers are ever in the Boston area, check out The Middle East. It's got 3 different live music venues and thee best Middle Eastern food I've ever had. shwarma, kibby, kafta, stuffed grape leaves, you name it. also has some amazing belly dancers.

630 cals @ apx $1.20
trying to save money so i can go to france lolol. also i don't eat. it's cost effective
