yea sometimes. but i usually like to see TC first to know exactly what to camp. tho i dont think it really matters either way.. idc if beal has a little better ratings this year im not trying to trade him right now or win

it does matter IMO...sometimes a guy could be borderline with a rating and that AC/RC could help boost him during TC.

u could AC/RC him after TC and that could be the boost as well.. true but lets say a player is low B- in one of his ratings before TC...if you add a RC that could increase to B+ during TC or who knows it could decrease to C+ without an RC added. |

if u add an RC he could go down as well. it doesnt work like that TC is just random as fuck if a player is going to go down hes going to go down and if hes going to get better hes going to get better.
