My boss said you should get renters insurance not for theft but for liability. If you have a friend over and he slips and breaks his leg you will get sued by his insurance company for liability.

I don't have renters insurance, didn't even know that existed. damn just moved into an apartment with a roommate, this would suck... and we declined renters insurance  Renters insurance is cheap. |

went through this twice in a 2 month span, first time occured night before my birthday, went to play my Xbox at midnight on my birthday....and it was gone...had five minutes while my roommate moved his car into the parking spot I was vacating to go to work...smfh. then over winter break back door was smashed in, took a ton, including my computer, found that two months later
dude even took my bed
