So after being away for awhile Ive realized I dont have the time Id like to run BBS anymore. Over the last 2 weeks Ive been able to get more done around the house, work more and sleep more. All of which have made day to day life easier. I miss BBS but I miss having time to run it more. Over the last year BBS has been a drain for me because Ive been running on empty trying to keep it at the standards that I want it at. Ive just realized I cant do it anymore. It saddens me that I dont have the time to make it what I want it to be.
Id love for someone else to run it full time. Id love to actually be able to come and GM here at some point. If anyone is interested in being the full time commish thatd be great. I have some future drafts that could be edited and used. Email me if youre interested.
Lastly I want to thank everyone for being such great members and contributors. I think what Ill miss most of all is the community of BBS. The banter. The individuals. Thanks everyone.

That sucks.
I'm sure someone else can step up and be full time commish, maybe Marty will. I can help with drafts or some of the sim load when needed (once my computer is back up and running)

I dont want to speak out of turn but I think a BBS/UOSL restart with a new name would be the best idea. I know both leagues just restarted recently, but IMO this plus a consoidated set of rules would be the best for all involved.

I almost looked into this. I thought if I had a laptop Id have more time. But in the end I have a 1 year old son and I think more of my free time should go to him. Last 2 weeks have been pretty fun. |

Yeah I mean draft files aren't usually the big concern, but for instance I think someone like Marty would need some guidance for awhile.
