It isn't just in the title game either. They always get away with it. I guess refs let it go because "that's just the way they play"

Hate Pitino. He's shady and dirty as hell. Anyone else catch in the first half when Michigan was on offense at his end if the ballhandler was over by the bench Pitino would be jumping up and down and waving his arms and screaming and shit. I'm sure he was screaming at his players but it was obvious he was trying to distract the Mich ballhandler. I mean cmon, seriously? Lets not forget him paying for an abortion of some whore he knocked up. Good ol 15 seconds pitino

it was a bad call obviously all ball but going so fast it definitely looked like he got him with the body the way Siva fell. Im just saying 2-3 bad calls don't decide a game of 150+ possessions

On August 11, Pitino admitted to having engaged in sexual relations with Cunagin on August 1, 2003 in a Louisville restaurant, Porcini's. Several weeks later, Cunagin told Pitino that she was pregnant and wanted to have an abortion, but she did not have health insurance. Pitino paid her $3,000 for an abortion.[21] In addition, Cunagin who was convicted for extortion and lying to federal agents,[22] claimed that her estranged husband, Tim Sypher, was paid to marry her.[23]

michigan still couldve won if beilein made better decisions. albrecht shouldve gotten yanked early in the 2nd half, hardaway wasnt getting the ball enough in the post with russ smith guarding him, mcgary shouldve come back in earlier with behanan abusing all their posts and in the final minute they wasted about 20-25 seconds waiting to foul. didnt give them enough time to work. true I agree...and reply to your text messages.

And yea the refs were brutal. I don't like either team but there was a lot of noncalls against Louisville. But that's to be expected, it's the old Georgetown theorum. If you get the reputation of being physical the refs let you get away with more. Which if they called it that way both ways would be fine but they rarely do. good point

Im just saying 2-3 bad calls don't decide a game of 150+ possessions 3 bad calls can result in 6 points pretty easily. What was the difference in the game again? They could have overcome those calls if they'd played better, coached better, or done any number of things differently. But there's no denying that a few calls can have a huge impact in a close game.

yea tbh I thought beeline lost the game with his coaching He didn't help, but he only really cost them 10 seconds or so in that final sequence. Which pretty much ruined any chance for a miracle, but they were already 99% done by that point anyways.

there was a few times mcgary obviously fouled behanan inside in the 2nd half and wasnt called. burke was getting every call down the stretch he was at the FT line the last 5 min of the game

He was getting fouled. not that hard to do. lol its funny how you're trying to defend Louisville...Like I said if this was Bama, you would feel the same way Michigan fans do.

shut the fuck up. Burke was in the game in the 2nd half...Burke draws a lot of fouls. If he played more than 6 minutes in the first half....He would have gotten to the line more....The refs were fucking awful. Louisville is allowed to hack all fucking game. There were several bad calls against Michigan that game.....It's funny how non-fans of the teams in question wanna say it was both ways, but let it had been Alabama or Oregon or even Kentucky in this National Championship game. Awful officiating game....The NCAA wanted Pitino to get that ring. lol i could care less who won. you are the fan of the losing team so obviously you are the one with the bias. Pitino had a ring already.. If anything they would want Beelines old add to win one so what if he has a ring Kevin Ware Hall of Fame the NCAA wanted a good story

yea like there wasn't any bad calls against louisville? Not nearly as many egregious ones as there were against Michigan. Louisville fans couldn't find an obvious missed call against them other than the McGary kicked ball (which ended up back with Louisville anyways). The closest thing they had to complain about with the refs was some under the hoop play that was going uncalled both sides essentially the whole game. Michigan has a list of obvious errors: -Burke block -Burke foul against Hancock where he jumped by him and Hancock fell down. -Foul early in the 2nd half initially called on Hancock, then changed (how you change a call that was initially correct to the wrong player is beyond me) -Two goaltends in the first half -Foul later in the 2nd half that should have been Hancock's fifth was charged to one of the bigs instead (wasn't even close). Hancock hit a huge 3 a few plays later. Those were the obvious ones that even Louisville fans will agree on that I can remember off the top of my head.
